Yes. Out-of-support and EOL servers make up a large share of what we buy. Support status affects value but rarely eliminates it — older generations are often in demand as spares and for workloads still in production.

That’s your call. Most sellers ship servers complete and we sanitize every drive to certified standards with documentation. If policy requires drives stay on site, we’ll value the server without them.

Yes. Hardware value is independent of software. Licences and OEM support contracts generally don’t transfer, so their absence doesn’t reduce our offer.

That’s normal. We can schedule around your migration or maintenance window, then derack, pack and collect — you don’t need to pull them yourself.

Yes. Chassis, motherboards, backplanes, caddies, rails and power supplies all carry value, whether complete or stripped.
