Questions sellers ask us most

No. Most sellers ship arrays complete with drives — we sanitize every data-bearing device to certified standards and provide documentation. If your policy requires drives stay on site, that’s fine too; we’ll value the array without them.

Yes. EOL and out-of-support arrays are a large part of what we purchase. Support status affects value but rarely eliminates it — legacy shelves and drives are often in strong demand as spares.

Absolutely. Disk shelves, expansion enclosures, controllers, and bulk lots of SAS/SATA/SSD/NVMe drives are all purchased individually — you don’t need a complete system.

We still buy it. Send it as-is; we handle testing. Faulty units retain value in drives, controllers, power supplies and chassis components.

We coordinate deracking, packing and nationwide logistics. For larger projects we can schedule around maintenance windows and provide a full asset inventory before removal.
